  EAST CENTRAL GOSHEN COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN WYOMING...

* UNTIL 615 PM MDT
    
* AT 314 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
  ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  TORRINGTON AND LINGLE. ALSO HIGHWAY 159 NORTH OF TORRINGTON IS
  UNDER THE BULK OF THE HEAVY RAIN AND COULD FLOOD SHORTLY.
