* AT 635 PM EDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR SCANDIA...OR 11 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  ALLEGANY STATE PARK...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO.
