  WEST CENTRAL WILLACY COUNTY IN DEEP SOUTH TEXAS...

* UNTIL 615 PM CDT
    
* AT 544 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED OVER HARGILL ELEMENTARY...OR OVER HARGILL...
  MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL. 

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION. 

  IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
