  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS EASTERN ADAMS COUNTY. UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS
  FALL IN THE PAST 30 MINUTES. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN

EASTERN ADAMS COUNTY...

AT 1121 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN HAD MOVED OUT OF THE WARNING AREA.  DOPPLER RADAR
ESTIMATES BETWEEN 2 AND 4 INCHES OF RAIN FELL LATE THIS EVENING IN
AN AREA FROM SHAMROCK WESTWARD TO AREAS EAST OF LEADER.  THIS
INCLUDES THE SAN ARROYO CREEK BASIN AND POTTY BROWN CREEK...AND THE
UPPER REACHES OF PORTIONS OF BADGER CREEK. FLASH FLOODING IS
EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
SHAMROCK AND LEADER. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
