* AT 1224 AM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
  ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

HEAVY RAIN HAD MOVED OUT OF THE WARNED AREA.  BETWEEN 2 AND 4 INCHES
OF RAIN FELL DURING THE LATE NIGHT HOURS IN AN AREA FROM WOODROW
TO ELBA AND THEN EAST INTO YUMA COUNTY.  

SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLASH FLOODING INCLUDE...
WOODROW AND ELBA.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
