.Extremely heavy rainfall overnight has resulted in flooding along
the Upper Iowa River and its tributaries. Over 7.5 inches of rain
was reported near Decorah, and over 5.5 inches was reported near
Dorchester. Reports between 3 and 5 inches were very common around
the area. This is causing significant flooding. The latest forecast
information is provided below.
