  SOUTHSOUTHWEST OF HIGGINS...OR 13 MILES WEST OF ARNETT...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

  HAZARD...DAMAGING TORNADO AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.
