* TIMING AND TIDES...RIP CURRENTS ARE STRONGEST A FEW OF HOURS ON 
  EITHER SIDE OF LOW TIDE. LOW TIDE WILL OCCUR BETWEEN 300 AND 500 
  PM THIS AFTERNOON.
