  NORTHWESTERN SOCORRO COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW MEXICO...

* UNTIL 530 PM MDT
    
* AT 331 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ACROSS NEAR BEAR MOUNTAIN OR
  ABOUT 25 MILES WEST OF LA JOYA. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
  ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY.

* FLASH FLOODING WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF NORTHWESTERN
  SOCORRO COUNTY INCLUDING ALONG THE RIO SALADO FROM JUST EAST OF
