  HEAVY RAIN OVER MEADVIEW. AN AUTOMATED RAIN GAGE RECORDED NEARLY 
  THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH OF RAIN IN 20 MINUTES...SO FLASH 
  FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
