* Forecast...The Poteau River near Panama is expected to rise above 
  flood stage early Sunday morning and continue to rise to near 32.6 
  feet by Sunday evening. The river is expected to fall below flood 
  stage late Monday evening.
* Impact...At 33.0 feet, moderate flooding of agricultural lands 
  occurs between Shady Point and Arkoma. Williams Road east of Panama
  and some local farm roads are flooded.

* At  8:15 AM Thursday, the stage was 19.70 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring but the river is falling.
* Forecast...The Deep Fork River near Beggs will continue falling to 
  below flood stage by late Friday morning.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet, minor flooding of agricultural lands occurs. 
  Webster Road north of the gage site becomes impassable as well as 
  some other county roads south of Beggs.
