  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF LEESBURG...

* UNTIL 1130 PM EDT

* AT 825 PM EDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH     
  FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA. HIGH WATER OF   
  AN UNKNOWN DEPTH WAS BLOCKING THE 300 BLOCK OF PALMYRA ROAD IN THE 
  LEESBURG AREA. ALSO...DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES OF 3 TO 5 INCHES OF  
  RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN DURING THE PAST FEW HOURS...MAINLY JUST   
  TO THE SOUTHWEST OF LEESBURG. SINCE THIS STORM IS NOT MOVING VERY  
  QUICKLY AT ALL...ANOTHER 2 TO 3 INCHES COULD EASILY FALL WITHIN    
  THE WARNED AREA.
