* AT 652 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING 
  HEAVY RAIN OVER COYOTE AND WAHWEEP DRAINAGES NEAR THE TOWN OF 
  BIGWATER UTAH IN SOUTHERN UTAH.  INTENSE RAINFALL OF NEARLY AN 
  INCH HAS FALLEN OVER THE HEADWATERS OF THESE DRAINAGES.

* FLASH FLOODING ALONG THESE WASHES IS EXPECTED AND MAY REACH VERY 
  DANGEROUS LEVELS.
