* AT 329 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING 
  HEAVY RAIN IN ROCK SPRINGS. UP TO ONE HALF INCH OF RAIN HAS 
  ALREADY FALLEN ON SATURATED GROUND. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO 
  BEGIN SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  ROCK SPRINGS...PILOT BUTTE AND RELIANCE.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE HALF INCH TO ONE INCH ARE

LIKELY INTENSIFY THE FLOODING AROUND ROCK SPRINGS.
