  CENTRAL BANNOCK COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN IDAHO...

* UNTIL 715 PM MDT
    
* AT 621 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING 
  HEAVY RAIN EAST OF INKOM. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES THAT UP TO ONE 
  INCH OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING MAY BEGIN SHORTLY. 
  EXCESSIVE RAINFALL OVER THE WARNED AREA MAY CAUSE MUD SLIDES NEAR 
  STEEP TERRAIN. THE MUD SLIDE CAN CONSIST OF  
  ROCK...MUD...VEGETATION AND OTHER LOOSE MATERIALS.
