EXTENDING FROM NEAR GOLDSBORO TO NEAR BRIDGEVILLE TO NEAR
PARSONSBURG...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS...WILL LIKELY
