* AT 802 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE 
  WARNED AREA. TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN IN 
  PORTIONS OF THE WARNED AREA. AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES IS 
  POSSIBLE IN SOME LOCATIONS FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED IN THE 
  AREAS THAT RECEIVE THE HEAVIEST RAIN.
