  WARNED AREA. TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN IN 
  SOME AREAS AND MORE RAIN IS MOVING IN. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES 
  OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE.  FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED IN AREAS THAT
