  PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES 
  OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN IN SOME LOCATIONS. WATER WAS REPORTED 
  OVER SOME ROADS IN THE NORTHERN HALF OF GRAVES COUNTY.
