* AT 646 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN
  RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN BASED ON RADAR AND AUTOMATED GAGES. FLASH
  FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
