* AT 718 AM CST...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR TOXEY...OR 10 MILES SOUTH OF BUTLER...
  MOVING NORTH AT 60 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO.
