* AT 950 AM CDT...VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WAS INDICATED OVER THE WARNED 
  AREA AND RADAR ESTIMATES SHOW 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS 
  OCCURRED OVER THE PAST HOUR.  THIS WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLASH 
  FLOODING IN THE WARNED AREA.

  ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS WILL AGGRAVATE THE SITUATION FURTHER TODAY

AREA...VERY NEAR BEATRICE MISSISSIPPI. RADAR ESTIMATES SHOW UP TO 
EIGHT INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN IN AROUND THIS AREA SINCE 
SUNRISE. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN CAN BE EXPECTED.
 
FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
