* AT 708 PM CDT...VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WAS INDICATED OVER THE WARNED
AREA AND RADAR ESTIMATES SHOW 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS
OCCURRED OVER THE PAST HOUR. RADAR ESTIMATES ALSO INDICATE STORM
TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS APPROACHING 14 INCHES IN LOCALIZED
AREAS...WITH ACTUAL RAIN GAUGE MEASUREMENTS OF AROUND 8 INCHES.
