* AT 112 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS WERE 
  MONITORING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 
  OVER THE WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE 4 TO 8 INCHES OF 
  RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE WARNED AREA...WITH ISOLATED AMOUNTS OVER 
  11 INCHES. ADDITIONAL VERY HEAVY RAINS MAY RESULT IN SIGNIFICANT

FOR EASTERN SANTA ROSA AND OKALOOSA COUNTIES...

AT 332 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO 
DETECT SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 
OVER MUCH OF THE WARNED AREA. THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL WAS INDICATED 
NEAR FORT WALTON BEACH AND DESTIN. RADAR ESTIMATES AND RAIN GAUGE 
REPORTS INDICATE THAT 4 TO 8 INCHES OF RAIN WITH ISOLATED HIGHER 
AMOUNTS HAS FALLEN OVER MUCH OF THE WARNED AREA TODAY. EXCESSIVE
RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINS WILL RESULT IN CONTINUED FLASH FLOODING.
