CURRENTS...WHICH IS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING.

* HAZARDS...SOUTHEAST WINDS AROUND 15 KNOTS WILL CREATE A
  MODERATE LONGSHORE CURRENT AND RIP CURRENT RISK. HEAVY BREAKING
  WAVES WILL ALSO EXIST IN THE SURF ZONE.

* TIMING...LONGSHORE CURRENTS...HEAVY BREAKING WAVES AND DANGEROUS
  RIP CURRENTS NEAR PIERS AND JETTIES WILL EXIST ALL DAY. OTHER
  SPOTS ON THE BEACH PRONE TO RIP CURRENTS SHOULD HAVE THE
  GREATEST RISK FROM LATE MORNING THROUGH LATE AFTERNOON.

* LOCATION...THE EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA ATLANTIC SURF ZONE FROM
  FLAGLER BEACH TO JUPITER INLET.

* POTENTIAL IMPACTS...LONGSHORE CURRENTS CAN PULL YOU OFF THE
  SANDBAR INTO DEEPER WATER. HEAVY BREAKING WAVES CAN KNOCK YOU
  DOWN AND MAKE YOU SUSCEPTIBLE TO GETTING CAUGHT IN THE SEAWARD
  PULL OF RIP CURRENTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

SWIMMERS SHOULD CHECK WITH BEACH PATROL AND LIFEGUARDS FOR THE
LATEST SURF ZONE CONDITIONS AND DO NOT ENTER THE WATER UNLESS IT
