MOVING THROUGH THE WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES WIDESPREAD AREAS OF
1 INCH OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN OVER THE LAST FEW HOURS... AND UP TO 5
INCHES JUST WEST OF IRAAN.
