* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN REYNOLDS COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MISSOURI...

* UNTIL 500 AM CST

* AT 145 AM...AMEREN CONTACTED THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE AND
  REPORTED THAT THE LOWER TAUM SAUK RESEVOIR IS RELEASING 5000 CUBIC
  FEET PER SECOND WHICH WILL RESULT IN RAPID RISES AND FLASH
  FLOODING ALONG THE EAST FORK OF THE BLACK RIVER. 

THE RESEVOIR IS NOT IN DANGER OF FAILING. HEAVY RAINFALL HAS CAUSED
THIS UNSCHEDULED RELEASE.
