  SOUTHERN OSAGE COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSOURI...

* UNTIL 400 PM CDT

* AT 1013 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  AN AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.  THIS AREA 
  OF RAIN HAS ALREADY PRODUCED WIDESPREAD 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL
  ON ALREADY SATURATED GROUND AND WILL LIKELY PRODUCE AT LEAST 1 TO
  2 INCHES INTO EARLY THIS AFTERNOON WHICH WILL PRODUCE MORE 
  FLOODING.
