* UNTIL 500 AM CST
    
* AT 428 AM CST...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR LACOMBE...OR 12 MILES WEST OF SLIDELL...
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO.

  IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
