* AT 941 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
  CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS STORM WAS LOCATED
  OVER TROUT CREEK...OR NEAR CALL...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.
