* AT 544 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED OVER BURWELL...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.
