* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  DELAWARE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL INDIANA...
  EAST CENTRAL MADISON COUNTY IN CENTRAL INDIANA...

* UNTIL 930 PM EDT

* AT 621 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL MOVING          
  REPEATEDLY ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. 1 TO 2 INCHES HAS FALLEN ACROSS 
  WESTERN DELAWARE COUNTY SINCE 530 PM. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES  
  ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH 8 PM. 

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...     
  ANDERSON...MUNCIE AND YORKTOWN.


THIS WARNING INCLUDES INTERSTATE 69 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 231 AND 245.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES
AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY.
