* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL SHELBY COUNTY IN CENTRAL INDIANA...

* UNTIL 430 PM EDT

* AT 135 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE      
  WARNED AREA. RADAR INDICATED OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER 
  THE LAST 3 HOURS ACROSS PARTS OF THE WARNED AREA. ANOTHER INCH OR  
  MORE IS POSSIBLE WITH THIS SLOW MOVING TO STATIONARY AREA OF       
  THUNDERSTORMS.
