* Flood stage is 25.0 feet. 
* Minor flooding is forecast. 
* Forecast...rise above flood stage by late this morning and continue
  to rise to near 25.6 feet by this evening. The river will fall 
  below flood stage by early tomorrow.
* At 25.0 feet...A public boat landing on the west side of the river 
  is covered with water.
