  WEST CENTRAL VAL VERDE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...

* UNTIL 615 PM CDT
    
* AT 545 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 8 MILES NORTH OF PUMPVILLE...OR 20 MILES
  NORTHWEST OF LANGTRY...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND HALF DOLLAR SIZE HAIL. 

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION. 

  IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
