* AT 717 PM CDT...A CONFIRMED TORNADO WAS LOCATED OVER MONTPELIER...
  OR 10 MILES WEST OF ROCK ISLAND...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

  HAZARD...DAMAGING TORNADO.
