* UNTIL 715 PM MDT
    
* AT 644 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 8 MILES NORTH OF SYRACUSE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT
  15 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL. 

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION.
