* UNTIL 1215 AM EDT
    
* AT 920 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF HEAVY SHOWERS 
  AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER CATTARAUGUS COUNTY MOVING SLOWLY INTO 
  ALLEGANY COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR HAS ESTIMATED AN INCH TO AN INCH AN 
  A HALF OF RAINFALL HAS FALLEN WITH THESE STORMS. AN ADDITIONAL 
  INCH TO INCH AND A HALF OF RAINFALL IS LIKELY FROM THESE STORMS 
  THIS LATE EVENING.
