  PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.  FLASH FLOODING IS 
  EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
