* AT 502 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE 
  ALREADY FALLEN. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN IS EXPECTED TO 
  OCCUR OVER THE NEXT HOUR OR TWO.  FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO
