  SOUTHEASTERN WASHINGTON COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN COLORADO...

* UNTIL 500 PM MDT
    
* AT 429 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 4 MILES EAST OF THURMAN...OR 21 MILES NORTH OF
  FLAGLER...MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND PING PONG BALL SIZE HAIL. 

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION.
