  SOUTH CENTRAL HERKIMER COUNTY IN EASTERN NEW YORK...

* UNTIL 730 PM EDT
    
* AT 702 PM EDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED OVER RICHFIELD SPRINGS...OR 10 MILES SOUTHEAST
  OF ILION...MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL. 

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION.
