MILES WEST OF SANTA ROSA...OR 31 MILES NORTHWEST OF SELLS...MOVING
NORTH AT 5 MPH.
* RADAR ESTIMATES THAT HEAVY RAINFALL HAS OCCURED SOUTHWEST OF SANTA
