* AT 728 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA. UPWARDS
OF THREE INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS ALREADY OCCURRED IN THE VICINITY
OF DOW NEAR HAILEYVILLE. AN ADDITIONAL TWO TO FOUR INCHES ARE
POSSIBLE.
