  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA. 2 TO 3    
  INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS ALREADY OCCURRED WITH AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2  
  INCHES POSSIBLE.
