* AT 652 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING 
  HEAVY RAIN OVER THE EAST FORK OF THE VIRGIN RIVER. RADAR ESTIMATES 
  INDICATE THAT OVER TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING STREAMS AND DRAINAGES...THE EAST FORK 
VIRGIN RIVER FROM NEAR ORDERVILLE THROUGH THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF 
ZION NATIONAL PARK UNTIL ITS TERMINUS AT THE VIRGIN RIVER.
