WALDO BURN SCAR WITH THIS STORM. IT IS NOT LIKELY TO CAUSE FLOODING. 
ANOTHER DEVELOPING THUNDERSTORM OVER DIVIDE MAY BRING SOME 
ADDITIONAL LIGHT TO MODERATE RAINFALL TO THE WALDO BURN SCAR.
