  A STRONG UPPER LEVEL SYSTEM MOVING INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS.

* WIND...NORTH-NORTHWEST AROUND 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH. 

* IMPACT...AREAS OF BLOWING DUST WILL CAUSE BRIEF PERIODS OF NEAR
  ZERO VISIBILITY IN OPEN AREAS.
