* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EAST CENTRAL SUSSEX COUNTY IN SOUTHERN DELAWARE...

* UNTIL 100 AM EDT

* AT 900 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS SHOWING 
  THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE   
  PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN. ONE TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED   
  WITH THE MOST INTENSE STORMS. BECAUSE OF WHAT FELL EARLIER, THIS   
  AMOUNT OF RAIN IN A ONE HOUR TIME FRAME WILL LEAD TO FLOODING.     
  SOME OF THE FLOODING WILL DEVELOP QUICKLY.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO REHOBOTH   
  BEACH, MILLSBORO, AND LONG NECK.
