ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM PDT THIS EVENING. 

* TIMING: WINDS HAVE INCREASED IN THE KITTITAS VALLEY AND WILL REMAIN VERY
  WINDY THROUGH SUNSET THIS EVENING.

* WINDS: NORTHWEST WINDS 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH.

* IMPACTS: SUDDEN STRONG WIND GUSTS CAN BE EXPECTED OVER PORTIONS
  OF THE KITTITAS VALLEY. THOSE TRAVELING ALONG INTERSTATE 90 FROM
  RYEGRASS SUMMIT TO CLE ELUM SHOULD WATCH FOR OTHER DRIVERS WHO
  MAY SUDDENLY SWERVE INTO ANOTHER LANE.
